It’s time to create a wildfire in your life! Yes, you heard that correctly. It’s time for a good old-fashioned wildfire. Say what?

Ask anyone that lives in wildfire-prone areas what causes them. They will reply with a sullen, soft voice. That gentle voice inflection with their skin slightly tingly with fear that when emergency alert sound rings, it means GET OUT NOW. The tone of how fast my legs will move to grab the two boxes of valuables and make a quick exit out the door.

Their answer is simple. Too much growth of underbrush. This easily catches on fire and contributes to the fast and furious fire spread.

Where in our life is a wildfire waiting to happen? So much going on that a simple spark could ignite and burn everything down?

The spring is a particular time to cut down the extra brush, get rid of fallen branches. This clears the path and produces a beautiful open space.

A friend in Northern California close to wildfires last year recently had crews create a long path in the mountains where she lived. It’s a management tool to prevent wildfires from jumping.

Upon this clearing, she suddenly had views all the way to the ocean for the first time in decades.

Wow! This simple space created a sense of joy, relaxation, and a focused view of what was important through all the trees.

Where in your life do you need to make open space for your creative juices to flow?

Where can you let go of all the underbrush of what’s not working? Are you always in back-to-back meetings and schedule every minute of your day?

How can you time block and find time to imagine what’s really possible for your future?

Clear your time and create space for magic to happen. This will recharge your creative juices and energize your spirit.

Wishing you a joyful, loving, and prosperous day!
