The equinox, a simple yet pivotal and profound marker balances light and dark. A special time to reflect on the harmonics between your mind, body, and soul. It’s time to evaluate what feels stuck, stagnant, or static.

Mother nature always knows what season it is and how to adapt to change in sun light and temperature. Somehow humans love to make the simple overly complicated! As the seasons change, imagine if tree leaves never turned color and dropped their leaves. What if the cool crisp fall air never arrived? Even when mother nature gives you an Indian summer, you still know fall is around the corner. Too many of you won’t adjust to the season.

Let’s take a closer look. As your outer world reflects your inner world (mind), what aspects need some fall cleaning? Is your garden filled with weeds and overgrowth from the summer harvest? Your weeds can be the harmful thoughts that bring you down or decrease your self-esteem or internal motivation. Your overgrowth can be indulging in too many sweets that drains your body. Your soul can be holding back on things that bring you pleasure such as spending time with fun friends or making new ones.

Your environment both within and out allows your own energy to naturally flow.  This keeps your natural rhythms moving easily. Your outer environment can be as simple as spending more time with like-minded fun people or less time bickering with those you no longer want to be around.

Take a closer look of your outer environment. Is the interior of your house filled with clutter that easily distracts you and keeps you unfocused?

Its time for some fall cleaning of your inner and outer environments. What brightens your soul and makes your feel alive inside? Keep your mind, body, and soul in a harmonic state and flow in nature’s rhythms.

What’s one adjustment your committed to this week?

Wishing you an abundant, joyful, and prosperous day!
