Minutes turn into hours that turn into days that turn into months that turn into years. Where does time fly?

Somehow as you get older, you wonder how to slow time down. Time vanishes into thin air the way dandelion seeds disappear in the wind. Poof and they’re gone.

The irony is that we all have the same 24 hours in a day. Yet, you continuously complain there’s never enough time.

You’re missing the biggest aspect.

You control the thoughts that pass through your mind.

You control the attitude you bring into a conversation.

You control the energy you bring into a meeting.

You control whether you goof off and spend your day watching useless videos or engaging your mind.

Your choices are your control! No one else’s. Your choices are your responsibility.

To slow down time is to spend your choices on activities that enrich your mind, body, and soul.

What if you turned off your phone for 24 hours every week? What if you went for a walk and noticed how many beautiful aspects of nature you could find?

To slow down time, get enriched in every moment, feeling it with the depths of your soul. Feel the sunshine in your toes. Feel the wind tickle your nose hairs. Allow a few raindrops to soothe your scalp.

Watch a kid jump in the puddle in the rain and see the sheer joy in their eyes.

It’s time to disrupt the mundane patterns in your life. It’s time to bring back the joy, slow down time, and have fun again.

Choose wisely!

Wishing you a joyful, loving, and prosperous day!
