Let’s get real. If you’re disappointed in your life, career, or relationships, it’s due to one thing.
The standards you set for yourself.
In this day and age, it’s easy to see any political side, point fingers and blame another.
It’s easy to ask for a prescription instead of eating nutritious food and exercise.
It’s easy to buy a $2 fast meal than make a healthy meal.
It’s easy to talk about to someone about another’s behavior but avoid talking to the person whose behavior affects you.
It’s easy to get mad when you’re disappointed about your productivity yet spend 10 mins every hour on social media.
It’s easy to feel good when everyone around you makes little effort at life.
It’s easy to be tired when you stay up late watching movies, play videogames, or scroll the endless social media.
What are your standards? Do your standards reflect the character you want to convey?
No one outside of you affects you unless you let them.
It’s time to take back your time, energy and sense of self responsibility.
If you want a better life, set your personal standards higher! This shifts the quality of your inner perspective.
Treat yourself better.
Stop tolerating poor behavior from others.
Let go of old situations.
Show up as your best self every day.
As a new season approaches, it’s easy to fall into the same routine day in and day out. It’s time for a change in seasons. It’s time to set your standards a notch higher.
Wishing you an abundant, joyful, and prosperous day!
