As we evolve deeper into the fall season, the trees inspire you that change is in the air. Leaves become vibrant shades of red, orange, and yellow With a breath of fresh crisp air, one cycle closes and another cycle emerges. Yet…
Imagine if trees never let go of their leaves. The large oak trees with red and orange, said “nope” not this year. The Aspen trees alive with mellow yellow leaves said, “I’m keeping this.” Suddenly, in a state of disarray, the fall vacation that inspires you to enjoy the beauty of fall colors is over. Everything stayed as is. You’re perplexed and confused. There’s a bit of WTF.
In a state of bewilderment and disappointment, you begin to slowly reflect on how this all came about. You’re curious. How will the trees grow and thrive next year? Will the trees get bigger or stay dormant? How will the lack of leaves on the ground which aid in fertilizer for the rest of the forest continue? You look up in contemplation.
Then, BOOM! it hits you directly between the eyes. Yet, it’s more of a gentle kiss the way a great idea comes forth with excitement. The first leaf falls off the tree and taps your forehead.
What hits you with exhilaration is the lesson. “To grow is to let go.”
As leaves are released each fall, vital nutrients go back into the inner core. The tree regroups and sees what nutrients are available for the next growth cycle.
Nature shows us to follow our own cycles. Grow, release, and emerge again.
As the trees pull back into their core, it’s about getting inquisitive. Where does your curiosity for life take you? What passions and yearnings are ready to come front and center to get your full undivided attention? What truths are you ready to speak into existence?
Allows this new inspiration to unfold, Follow your instincts forward. Your inner core knows the way.
Will you finally trust yourself?
Wishing you an abundant, joyful, and prosperous day!
